EVGENIY TITOVETSCEO (Chief Executive Officer) 
Evgeniy has B.S. & Advanced Specialist degrees in International Relations from the Belarusian State University and has also attended many professional development seminars.

He has extensive experience in the fields of foreign trade, marketing, sales & services. Evgeniy has occupied numerous responsible positions (including in the executive role) in various government bodies and in the private sector.

Evgeniy’s work experience includes commodities exchange and the development of trade relations with various companies and organizations in Central Asia, Russian Federation, and Eastern Europe. He also had a rather unique experience of managing a large multidisciplinary team of specialists.

Under Evgeniy’s leadership, the Uzbekistan State Commodity Exchange Trading Platform Project has been successfully implemented in the Republic of Belarus. He is also a big supporter of innovative technologies, believes in the technical progress, and the unity of the human and computer worlds.
ANDREI PLINDA
ANDREI PLINDACTO (Chief Technology Officer)

Andrei has an advanced Computer Systems & Networks degree from the Belarus State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) and has worked for major international software development companies. He is a results-driven, customer-focused Software Engineer with over ten years of experience in software development for desktop, web and mobile applications.

He has an extensive background in full life-cycle of software development process including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging and maintenance.

Andrei’s experience and strengths include:

- complex distributed systems development;
- functional requirements definition and systems architecture design;
- OO systems analysis and design, design patterns, database design;
- ability to rapidly learn new technologies & technical problem-solving;

Andrei is a solid team player with great communication skills and an aptitude for delivering results on time and within budget.

Anatol Ionis
Anatol IonisCOO (Chief Operating Officer)
Anatol immigrated to the USA from the Soviet Union as a teen in 1989. He had completed high school with Honors in Binghamton, New York, and later studied Aerospace Engineering & Applied Mathematics at Syracuse University, where he made Dean’s List with 4.0 GPA. After moving to Seattle, he studied Accounting, Economics & Business Management at the University of Washington.

Anatol co-founded his first company with partners in 1993 and has pursued business development opportunities ever since. He was instrumental in implementing multimillion-dollar international commodity contracts (fertilizers and other products) and worked on several international trading, technology transfer & investment projects involving major companies and government organizations in Western & Eastern Europe, USA, India, Singapore, and other countries. In the early 2000s, Anatol also worked for Fortune-500 companies, including Microsoft (as a full-time employee) and attained Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and Database Administrator certifications.

Anatol concurrently serves as a founding member/manager at Auberron Group, an international group of companies founded in 2008 and involved in projects ranging from exclusive food products import/distribution businesses to building the first in the Republic of Belarus organic fertilizer plant based on the latest US-developed technologies and equipment.
